MainResponsibilities主要职责： 1.Assistplantdirectortoensurecompanycompliancetonationallawandregulations. 协助厂长，确保公司运营符合国家法律法规要求； 2.Organizesperiodicinspectionsofcompanyfacilities,equipmentandoperationstodetectexistingpotentialrisk,healthorenvironmentalhazardsandrecommendscorrectivemeasureswhereapplicable. 定期组织检查工厂的设备设施和操作，识别潜在风险、职业健康与环境的危害，并建议合适的纠正措施； 3.ParticipateinISO14000\OHSAS18000andWorkSafetyStandardizationSystembuildings. 参与ISO14000\OHSAS18000和安全生产标准化的建立； 4.Assessnewproducts,equipment,processesandfacilitiesforhazardidentificationandcompliancewithregulatoryrequirementsandcompanystandards;makingrecommendationsifnecessary. 评估新产品、设备、流程和设施的风险识别，以符合法规要求和公司标准;必要时提出建议； 5.Makesurethattheoperationsrelatedtooccupationalhealth,chemical,specialwork,specialequipment,hazardouswaste,wasteclassificationshouldbeineffectivecontrolinplantandincompliancewithrelevantrequirement. 确保职业健康、化学品、特殊工作、特种设备、危险废物和废物分类的相关的操作应在工厂内有效控制并符合相关要求。 6.ConductsrelevantEHSmonitoringwithotherdepartmentsandanalyzestheactualdatatoidentifyopportunitiesforimprovement,andbesureofcontinuousimprovementinEHSjob. 与其他部门进行相关的EHS监测和分析实际数据来识别改进的机会,并确保持续改进EHS工作。 7.Preparedataandinformationofdaily,monthlyEHSmeeting. 准备每日及月度EHS会议的数据和信息； 8.ResponsibleforPPEprocurementandstandardmanagement. 负责PPE采购与标准管理。 9.EHStrainingforemployeeandcontractor. 负责员工与供应商EHS培训。 10.Responsiblefortheestablishmentandimplementationofemergencysystem. 负责紧急预案建立与实施。 11.Monitorthemaintenanceonfirefightingsystemspraysystem,providefiresafetytraining. 消防系统维护管理与培训 12.Finishrelevantreportaccordingtocompany'srequirementandlocalgovernment. 根据工厂和当地政府要求完成相应报告； 13.Actsasaliaisonwithgovernment,externalregulatoryagencies,suppliersandotherorganizations. 负责与当地政府、外部监管机构、供应商和其它组织的沟通联络 14.OtherEHSmattersappointedbyplantdirector 厂长交待的其它事务。   Requirements任职要求： 1.Bachelor’sdegree.Majorinsafetyorenvironmentmanagement,machinerymanufacturingandautomation,chemicalprocessorrelevantfields. 2.3+yearsprofessionalexperienceinEHSfield.Chemicalindustryexperienceispreferred 3.Knowledgeofsafetyregulationsandlaws,standards. 4.Analyticalcapability 5.GoodcommunicationinEnglishandChinese     工作地址 北京市平谷区马坊工业区1区36号
