Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned) 1. Leads signage & way-finding projects; coordinate with clients and Seattle team. 2. Consults with internal clients to develop graphic design approaches for materials, programs, and presentations necessary to accomplish marketing/business plan goals. 3. Ensures brand consistency and quality control in all Callison marketing materials and communication. 4. Produces or coordinates production of materials including those associated with the pursuit process such as presentations, boards, charts, graphs, etc. 5. Develops and manages collateral material. 6. Develops presentation methods or templates and PowerPoint shows for markets and firm-wide use. 7. Manages image organization and availability and maintain graphics files and databases. 8. Leads other marketing/communications staff and manage outside graphic design consultants/vendors. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Graphic Design, Environmental Art or related field. 2. Minimum five years graphics experience in a marketing/communications related environment required. 3. Previous experience with architectural or professional services firm highly desired. 4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint required. Advanced knowledge if InDesign, Freehand and Photoshop required. 5. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. 6. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail. 7. Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined. 8. Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others. 9. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing. Physical Requirements/ Work Environment: 1. Normal office environment with moderate noise levels, occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs., regular walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing and reaching 2. Ability to perform consistent work on PC 3. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
