Responsibilities 职责 1. Conduct the creative and production process from concept to completion, working closely with marketing team to produce communication materials that exceed expectations. Manage every project delivered within deadline in high quality. 负责公司旗下所有品牌宣传资料从创意设计到印刷完成。与市场团队紧密合作以创作出高品质的宣传资料，管理和执行每个项目在规定时间内高效完成。 2. Design and develop within brand guidelines for assigned brands' print, online, mobile, in-store, promotional projects, and internal communications. 根据品牌指导方针，设计和开发品牌的指定印刷品，包括线上和线下平面设计，店内展示，促销项目和内部通讯等资料。 3. Provide recommendations proactively to solve for creative and technical issues involved in designing and implementing for various environments. 主动提供创意和技术问题的建议和解决方案，包括针对各种不同环境需求的设计和方案实施。 4. Design and conduct photo shooting according to the brand image and product features. 负责设计和执行相关环境、产品和市场活动的摄影工作。 5. Manage and monitor materials production cost and spending with detailed tracking report 管理和监督市场材料印刷成本并详细记录追踪报告。 Requirements 要求 1 University degree in graphic design with 4+ years of related experience 大学本科毕业，4年以上平面设计经验。 2 Able to operate Mac and expert in Adobe CS; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is required. 熟练操作苹果绘图软件例如Adobe CS; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign。 3 Copywriting skills are an advantage. 优秀的文案能力优先考虑。 4 Experienced in shooting techniques, photo processing software such as Photoshop and AI. Sound knowledge of digital camera and DSLR camera. 熟通摄影，熟练操作专业摄影器材。 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to details. 优秀的沟通能力，注重细节。 6.
