Job Description: - Responsible for designing, maintaining and updating in-store and window displays in retail stores. - Cooperate and liaise with other departments, such as Product Design Dept., Interior Design Dept., Marketing Dept. and retail shop managers in VM design and execution. - Execute VM strategy for seasonal updates, promotional activities and new store openings. - Plan and conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines at corporate level. - Assist in training of sales staff on brand’s visual standards and product presentation based on guidelines.
