We at Cheap Monday are looking for a new Visual Merchandiser (VM) for our store in XXX. As our VM you will be a key person within the team regarding sales the visual in our store. You must have previous fashion retail/visual experiences as well as a passion for the brand. Job description: Visual Merchandiser Overall objective for the role ? Together with our Store Manager be responsible for maximising profitability. Assist the Store Manager in organising the store according to Cheap Monday’s values, standards, policies and procedures. Sales ? Secure that the team manages stock level as well as direct and indirect customer service in all areas in order to maximise sales. Training ? Train the staff and actively maintain relevant a knowledge level to achieve excellent competitiveness. ? Find new potential and competance in the team. Management team ? Assist the Store Manager in supporting the team and the store. ? Execute store activities together with the store’s management team. Communication ?
