Our client is an International Fashion Brand with operations in Europe, Middle East, North America and Asia. The Company has been in China for 10 years, and has developed to more than 800+ stores already. They are seeking a creative National Visual Merchandising Manager to take on the task of leading the VM actions who will lead a team of total 30+ people based in Beijing and around China. Location: Beijing Responsibilities： ? Be responsible for the development and creative direction of all aspects of the in-store visuals, covering in-store visual merchandising, displays and windows. ? Have an eye for creativity, could come up with artistic concepts for the windows and in store displays together with a commercial acumen to ultimately increase sales. ? Ensure that the new store design concepts and elements are commercially successful. ? Responsible for continuously train and develop the visual merchandising capabilities in the National Merchandising team and the retail teams around China. ? Support new projects and training team in developing materials to ensure that the new concepts are understood and used properly in the stores. ? Responsible for collections, presentation, sales- material and visual merchandising guidelines in stores for the Chinese market, in corporation with Display/ Merchandising teams. ? Manage, train and give growth to Visual Merchandisers in overall Collections ? Conduct sales review/ fitting review with Designer/design assistant/ and buyers to improve product/ look/ fabric/ fitting etc. in weak areas. ? Support and help organize the seasonal Fashion shows and photo shootings, ensure strong outfits and styling for Sales Meetings. ? Have a close cooperation with Creative Director, Marketing Manager and other functional teams. Requirements： ? Bachelor degree or above, fashion related major is preferred. ? Have a solid work experience within visual merchandising (preferable menswear), at least 5 years VM management experience. ? Good commercial understanding, and are used to work with budget and sales figures. ? Used to manage people, possess good leadership skills and have a natural interest in seeing your team grow personally as well as professionally. ? Fluent English. ?
