Become a member of our successful Retail team based in Shanghai, We are currently looking for a Senior Visual Merchandiser(高级陈列师)Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform national visual merchandise duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the PUMA retail & wholesale store, its environment and business operations. Carry out business activities that support PUMA’s core values, objectives and promote PUMA brand standards. Ensuring the brand is always presented in accordance with the zoning and product categorization for all channelsCo-ordinating with Retail Mkt & Product team to organize the IN-STORE Campaign’s VM demo, and collection or all window display and in-store display props, fixtures, accessories, etc.CVM’s Training& ManagementTrain visual merchandisers and third party partner’s visual personnel (CVM) to achieve PUMA visual standards as appropriate to implement and maintain store zoningOrganize and maintain store visual guidelines manual for Clients VM reference and trainingReceive the VM guidelines and updates from HQ, responsible for the execution of updated VM guidelines in the regionCreate & Update region’s VM Guideline base on Global standard.Design the VM plans for new storesResponsible for VM maintenance for regional stores through VM plan update for major stores, VM quality monitoring and maintenanceSupport the implementation of store openings and relocations for all stores; Coordinate with other departments for shop opening and closing projectsEnsure the implementation and maintenance of zoning in the store.React to merchandise sell though by changing displays and implementing floor moves on a timely basis to ensure store zoning standards are maintained.Understand store merchandise and sales related statistics to gain expected business knowledge and to positively add to overall store performanceRegular travel in the region for store visitsThings you should bring along / Qualifications:College or above in Fine Art, Visual Design, Visual Merchandising or related disciplines Minimum 4 years of relevant Visual Merchandising experience in apparel products IT Skills:Adobe software skill (PS,illustrator…)Office software skill ( PPT,excel…)If you are a flexible, open-minded and dedicated individual, PUMA offers interesting opportunities not only in an exciting and challenging industry, but also an enjoyable and open working atmosphere.
