Responsibilities:Based on the VM guidelines (monthly campaign / seasonal VM guidelines), provide photographs and feedback on floor moves, window presentations and in store displays to Regional VisualSet standards and support the implementation of store openings and relocationsProvide VM support for retail marketing programs such as the mini display and road show program, tradeshow Execute and follow-up all in-store changeovers and window displays according to the marketing promotion and seasonal eventsInitiate special VM programs with supporting guidelines and design for local festivals and nationwide retail activation programsConduct daily walkthrough of location, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the site Train store visual personnel on PUMA zoning and merchandising standards in all aspects of visual merchandising, graphics and fixtures etc. Regular travel in the region for store visits & handling of VM issues; understand the requirements of PUMA’s competitors and clients so as to enhance the overall image Requirements:At least 2 years’ visual merchandising working experience Junior College or above in Design or relevant disciplines TrainabilityGood work attitude and willing to work under pressure Initiative and outgoing, positive Strong fashion sense and with good understanding of the visual merchandising market trend Required to go on the business trip, mainly 2nd / 3rd tier cities Skillful in design software(illustrator;photoshop) Skillful in Office Software(Excel;Word; PowerPoint ) 工作职责：对品牌新开店及整改店铺进行图纸涉及绘制，装修，陈列安排.对品牌各类换季活动及市场活动的各店铺进行陈列跟进.对本地区所负责店铺进行日常陈列调整维护及检查店铺的陈列效果.负责对地区客户进行陈列培训与指导及检查协助客户进行陈列培训.定期对负责地区客户进行出差拜访，了解竞争品牌及客户要求，提升地区陈列形象. 职位要求：有1-2年店铺陈列工作经验 熟悉各种电脑绘图软件大专（设计专业）以上学历工作认真，愿意承受工作压力。出差要求：需每月定期出差至全国各主要及二/三线城市.有一定的培训能力 Applicants not invited for interview within 8 weeks from the application date may assume their applications unsuccessful.
