Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and maintain display principles, guidelines and standards 2. Prepare store layouts, communications, seasonal and promotional launch information 3. Develop the VM training system and deliver the training to the store operation team 4. Monitor visual standards and execution in stores. 5. Provide VM inputs for Store Concept improvement & development including window line, layout, fixture，mannequins, lighting and etc. 6. Suggest new ideas, promote through equipment or display. Experience / Skills Required 1. Minimum 8 years direct experience at management level in visual merchandising 2. A strong understanding of the retail industry and the ability to seek and understand trends. 3. Have communication skills in English either write or oral and easy get along with the people. 4. 30-40 year old and Undergraduate or above
