Job Responsibilities: 1. Execute visual display presentation: Ensure all the appointed DG stores are in great standard according to the guidelines. Including the franchisees’stores in the area. 2. Concept development: Adapt the HQ concept, and develop it to fit the appointed store status/ merchandise collections. And deliver the new concept to the stores in the area. 3. Communications and Reports: Communicate with VM manager for weekly window and in-store display setup. And review Visual Visit Reports monthly before archive to the SH office. 4. Visual Coaching: Provide visual coaching / training to the in store VMs and Stores managers and staffs5. Store Opening: Support and setup the new store opening. 6. Showroom and Event Setup: Setup Showrooms for various events / functions. Work with PR / Operation Dept for any event Visual Setup. Requirements: 1. High level of creativity 2. A flair for merchandising display, 3. Positive attitude and good energy 4. Can work on all levels of organization. 5. Must be able to have flexibility under scrutiny and open to constructive feedback.
