Key Responsibilities: Responsible for new store opening, including store design, supervision on store installation, product display and decoration; Ensure cohesiveness in line with corporate VM standard; 负责新店开业项目，包括店面设计、店面施工监理、产品陈列及软装；确保每项工作符合品牌视觉标准 Develop display guidelines and upgrade store image through continuous VM management; Adjust display and prepare seasonal display plans for product launching and promotion; 通过持续不断的视觉管理工作提升店面形象，根据产品促销、新品等营销计划调整陈列方案 Accomplish modularization of store design and standardization of construction materials and POSM; 完成店面设计模块化统一装修物料及陈列道具 Qualifications: Minimal 4 years working experience in store design; 4年以上专卖店设计经验 Bachelor degree, art design or visual merchandising related major; 本科毕业，美术设计或视觉设计相关专业 Well skilled in CAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw and other MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 熟悉CAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw等绘图软件及其他微软工作软件 A strong entrepreneurial spirit, creative and good communication skills; 良好的创新精神及沟通能力 Self-motivated and detail-oriented , able to work independently; 积极向上，工作认真负责，能独立完成工作任务 Willing to travel frequently, able to work under pressure and with tight schedules. 适应出差并有较强的抗压能力
