Rattan

Like many other natural materials rattan comes back in trend. Besides its planty origin it shows of another key trend: the woven structure gives it a handcrafted look. In the age of digitalisation, where more and more things become immaterial or less physical, people are returning to haptic opjects, where work of men is clearly visible.
